Netiquette is important to remind students about.
Interesting
Good reminder of how written chat can be misinterpreted. Also to remind students of confidentiality issues
AND the value of using official channels rather than letting learning discussions spread too far into informal channels, it is too easy for informal channels to lead to cyberbullying or the perception of being left out.
Clear rules to follow
I like the 10 steps approach, even though it is simple, it is good to use to remind people as we often email on autopilot
Really good, really concise. Could possibly do with more specific examples.
Informative session around online etiquette.
Good basic overview of netiquette. I can introduce the idea to learners asking for definitions of 'netiquette' and 'flaming'.
