EdTech: Quality assuring the online learning experience
A quality learning experience can be found in learners recognising learning that exceeds their expectations in terms of how they worked and what they learned. It leads to a desire to repeat or learn more. Digital technology used well contributes to this in both the administration and enterprise of learning.

After completing this module, you will be able to:
- Categorise the key elements of a robust quality assurance process for online learning
- Review your online quality assurance processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Digital Teaching Professional Framework
This module covers the EdTech component - B4a : Teaching context: fully online - towards a community of learning
- Set up learning activities in digital environments, having foreseen learners' needs for guidance and catering for them.
- Interact with learners in digital environments.
- Digitally monitor learner behaviour during a session and offer guidance when needed.
- Use digital technologies to remotely monitor learner progress and intervene when needed, while allowing for self-regulation.
- Experiment with and develop new forms and formats for offering guidance and support, using digital technologies.
