EdTech: Recognising and responding to cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is generally understood as bullying that takes place over digital devices and uses the web to make the connections. The physical separation makes it easier for actions to be conceived as bullying even when it is unintentional as well as actions that are designed to cause hurt and discomfort.
Aim
What cyberbullying is, how to recognise it, and how to respond to it when it occurs
Objective
After completing this module, you will be able to: - recognise the characteristics, indicators and signs of cyberbullying - take timely action to resolve the situation - support those affected and involved in line with policy and in partnership with pastoral specialist staff and academic colleagues

Very basic information on bullying. There could have been examples of different type of bullying scenarios.
Cyberbullying will continue to happen and teachers must be vigilant and also let students know how to report it.
I feel this has shown me the importance of making students aware of on line bullying.

It is right and proper that we all need to be able to identify bullying in all its forms.
I found this unit very informative.
It is good to be reminded that hateful cyberbullying comes in different forms and that it should never to ignored. It is as bad as face to face bullying.
