Fitbits are good for monitoring sleep patterns and exercise so that you think more about your well-being.
A very formative module
This was really interesting, I would like to explore this further.
Apps can be a fantastic tool for monitoring health and wellness
I think this is an important topic to actively lead on, and this module provides a good list of resources that can be showcased to teams.
Good module, many thanks
Technology has an important part to play in modern life, but for many students it can become the only part of life they interact with.
Thought this topic had a far bigger range than was covered. Some examples and advice on how to use them effectively may be an improvement.
Good module content. Badge is labelled as Ditigal Wellbeing rather than Digital Wellbeing.
I did find it interesting looking at some of the links provided.
It was good.
Using apps to monitor things is useful and good for time management
I would have liked to have seen links to accessible apps seem to be a lot of apple links
My badge says DITIGAL - IT SHOULD BE DIGITAL....
Some useful tips and reminders on tracking screen time, as well as on health and fitness.
Good for monitoring screen time
Can be useful with seeing how much screen time teachers and learners use which gives them an insight to how long they spend on devices, which may then help them to cut down the amount of time spent on them enabling them to go and do other things.
lovely
