Close colleagues are important.
The importance of considering both formal and informal supports. Ensuring the sharing and seeking of best practice to support CPD and upskilling
It is important to keep up to the best way of doing things and teaching the most up to date material.
This unit has granted me permission to seek additional support and advice for my teaching practice and for providing support and an opportunity for progression routes for the students.
