The importance of support others development. I feel I do this well as part of my digital and learning role, but I never really considered in depth how this supports my practice as I will have to research and upskill. Never really considered this is a 2 way process and supports me by supporting others
I am a LDC and find the role fulfilling. I love supporting my colleagues but gain so much knowledge in return
Informative.
